Choctaw Nation Interlocal

Choctaw Nation Inter-local Co-op School Programs comply with the following:

• 1.2.1.1 - Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 - prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin.
• 1.2.1.2 - Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972 - prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex.
• 1.2.1.3 - Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 - prohibits discrimination on the basis of Handicap.
• Digital Communications- Zoom is the only approved digital communication for the Choctaw Nation Interlocal.  These meetings are conducted with all students and all staff.
